Group Travel & Volunteering – Cape Town To Windhoek

The best of volunteering in Cape Town combined with an adventure tour through South Africa and Namibia all in one package. Instead of just taking pictures we will get busy and offer your group the opportunity to actively participate at several urban as well as remote rural non-profit organizations whilst still seeing some of the biggest attractions in Cape Town and Namibia. This is an adventure tour with a difference!

3 WEEK PROGRAM

WEEK 1

Day 1 (Cape Town)
Arrival at Cape Town and introduction at host families.

Day 2 (Cape Town)
Introductions at partner NPO, planning our painting and renovation activities. Afternoon walking tour of Cape Town City.

Day 3 (Cape Town)
Full Day Volunteering Activities at NPO.

Day 4 (Cape Town)
Full Day Tour: Cape Point, Chapmans Peak Drive ending with hike at Lion’s Head.

Day 5 (Cape Town)
Local Church Service & Robben Island Tour

Day 6 (Cape Town)
Visit High School and organize a sports day. Preparing for Overland Tour early tomorrow. 

Day 7 (Overland Tour)
Cape Town to Citrusdal. Half day travel and half day painting at rural school.

WEEK 3

Day 15 (Overland Tour)
Khorixas to Kamanjab, visit local school for sports activities.

Day 16 (Overland Tour)
Full volunteering day

Day 17 (Overland Tour)
Kamanjab to Etosha National Park, wildlife experience

Day 18 (Overland Tour)
Etosha National Park, morning and afternoon drives

Day 19 (Overland Tour)
Etosha National Park to Windhoek. Walking tour of city center.

Day 20
Departure Day and transfer to Windhoek airport.

WEEK 2
 
Day 8 (Overland Tour)
Citrusdal to Vioolsdrift

Day 9 (Overland Tour)
Sports and games at rural Primary School.

Day 10 (Overland Tour)
Fish River Canyon, Ais-Ais hot springs, Keetmanshoop Quiver Tree Forest.

Day 11 (Overland Tour)
Keetmanshoop to Sossusvlei dessert

Day 12 (Overland Tour)
Sunrise at Dunes of Sossusvlei.

Day 13 (Overland Tour)
Namib Naukluft desert to Swakopmund

Day 14 (Overland Tour)
Swakopmund to Khorixas, bushman paintings and Spitzkoppe mountains
